Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Egypt Drazen Margeta visited Croatian company CROSCO at the Kafr el-Sheikh location in the Nile delta. Ambassador spent a day with the CROSCO drillers and other staff and has learnt about their work and life in the oil fields.
Ambassador Margeta was accompanied by Mr. Petar Vuckovic, the Head of Egypt branch of reputed Croatian company CROSCO – Oil Services. CROSCO is undertaking a successful oil exploitation from the fields near Kafr el-Sheikh. Mr. Vuckovic informed his guest about success CROSCO had so far in exploiting oil in Egypt, future plans in the region and standard procedures in obtaining secure working environment for oil drilling.
