Ambassador Ante Simonic was invited to attend the annual national celebration Naadam at Ulan Bataar in Mongolia

On July 9th to 12th, 2012, Ambassador Ante Simonic was invited to attend the annual national celebration Naadam at Ulan Bataar in Mongolia, during which Mongolian President Mr. Elbegdorj Tsakhia hosted a grand ceremony, a wonderful concert, as well as a banquet in the State Palace.

This year is the 850th Anniversary of the birth of Chinggis Khan. President Tsakhia conveyed his heartfelt greetings to "the entire people of Mongolia and our international guests who have come to Mongolia to join our celebration. I also wish speed, agility and strength to the participants of three manly competitions: wrestling, archery, and horse-racing."

Ambassador Simonic had the honour to meet with the President Elbegdorj Tsakhia, and had many business meetings respectively with Mr. Bat-Erdene Purevdagva, Honorary Counsellor of Croatia to Mongolia, Mr. Tsedenjav Sukhbaatar Mongolian Ambassador to China, colleagues of foreign ambassadors in Ulan Bataar and enterpreneurs such as Mr. T.Batjargal.
