On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Croatia, the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Tirana has organized a reception on 25 June 2014, in the open air premises of the Xibraku Kompleksi, adjacent to the Croatian Embassy.
The reception was attended by members of Parliament, current and former ministers, highest religious dignitaries and military personnel, mayors, members of the diplomatic choir and representatives of international organizations, other outstanding personalities from different spheres of public life, particularly culture and business, particularly Croatian business people active in Albania.
The Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has congratulated Ambassador Aleksander Stipetic on the Croatian National Holiday underlining in his letter that his Government was desirous of intensifying bilateral relations with Croatia and expressing gratitude for Croatia"s support to Albania in the EU integration process.
