Croatian Embassies from Tirana, Priština and Podgorica at the beatification ceremony in Shkodër

On Saturday, November 16, 2024, in the Cathedral of St. Stephen in Shkodër, at the solemn Mass led by Cardinal Marcello Semeraro, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints, Fr Alojzije Palić and Fr Gjon Gazulli were declared blessed as with their heroic virtues they gave life for the Church.
 
The Mass and the beatification ceremony were attended by Croatian bishops, numerous priests and sisters, great number of pilgrims from Croatia and other countries connected to Janjevo, the birthplace of Fr. Alojzije.
 
The beatification was attended by the Croatian Ambassador to Tirana, Zlatko Kramarić, the Croatian Ambassador to Priština, Danijela Barišić, the Croatian Ambassador to Podgorica, Veselko Grubišić, as well as diplomats from the Croatian Embassy in Tirana: Minister Plenipotentiary Maja Drmač, Counselor Marta Grubišić, and First Secretary Vanja Gavran.
