Within the program of the festival creativeCroatia, which is run by Croatian Embassy in London and British-Croatian Society, the Embassy hosts the photo exhibition called THIRTEEN. The exhibition was opened on 28th of May by the Ambassador Dr Ivan Grdešic, who stated that photo exhibitions are becoming tradition in the Embassy, referring to numerous similar projects that have already been organised in the gallery.
In THIRTEEN, a diverse group of amateur and professional photographers work without the constraint of a single theme, each showing one side of their creativity. The images in the exhibition span a selection of photographic genres and techniques. For each of these photographers, in addition to the artistic and technical choice of subject and method, taking photographs is a means of individual expression - each image has a unique personal stamp. Mrs Gordana Johnson, one of the photographers, is the project manager.
This exhibition will be open to the public until 1st of July.
