Royal Historical Society, University of Leicester and Croatian Embassy in London organized the Symposium "Croatia and Europe" at University of Leicester.
The symposium gave a historic background of the Croatian state in relation to the different periods of development in Europe. The symposium was attended by distinguished professors of history from various British universities, the president of the Royal Historical Society Professor Mandler and Professor Banac from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb.
