Prime Minister of Croatia Ms Jadranka Kosor officially visited Finland on 13 April 2010. She met Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen, Speaker of the Parliament Sauli Niinisto and the former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari and discussed the Croatian process of the EU negotiations, bilateral relations, regional issues and trade and economy.
Prime Minister Kosor also visited Micronova in Otaniemi, the main Finnish science and research center for nanotechnology, where she was presented with the overview of the Finnish science and innovation system, the linkage between high technology and industry, as well as with some Finnish-Croatian projects in the nanotechnology area.
