The consular days

The consular days organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Canada will be scheduled in December 2025 as follows:

Calgary- Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Croatian Canadian Cultural Centre, 3010 12th Street NE, Calgary, Alberta.

Edmonton- Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Nativity of Mary Croatian Catholic Church, 10560 98 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

Vancouver- Saturday December 6, and Sunday December 7, at the Consulate of the Republic of Croatia, 720 Robson Street, 5th floor, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Please email the Embassy of Croatia at con.ottawa@mvep.hr to schedule a consular appointment.

You can book the appointment from November 19 until November 21 2025, on a first-come first-served basis.

We will receive only the clients with scheduled appointments and well-prepared documents.

If your documents require an Apostille stamp, note that the Apostille stamp also has to be translated into Croatian.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
