Public Tender for Proposals for Programs/Projects by Croatian Emigrant/Diaspora Organisations in Overseas and European Countries for Financial Support in 2025 September 8, 2025

 The Central State Office for Croats Abroad invites Croatian emigrant/diaspora organizations to submit applications for obtaining financial support for programs/projects that contribute to addressing public needs and achieving the goals and priorities defined in the strategic documents of the Office.
Detailed description of areas of funding, types of financial support, eligible applicants and conditions, application content, submission method and submission deadline, selection process and criteria, and publishing of results are contained in the text of the Public Tender (see attachments).
IMPORTANT: There have been important changes regarding the method of submitting of applications. As of this year, the applications must be submitted both in the electronic format and by post directly to the Central State Office for Croats Abroad. Please note that applications are no longer being submitted via the Embassy.
Application via online system (e-application): Instructions for filling in the e-application form, as well as accompanying application documentation, are available for download on the website of the Central State Office for Croats Abroad: https://hrvatiizvanrh.gov.hr/ .
Please note that hard copies (originals) of certain important accompanying documents (Statement on the Accuracy of Data, Criminal Record Check), also need to be sent by registered mail directly to the Central State Office for Croats Abroad (for detailed instruction see the text of the Public Tender).
The applications should be submitted exclusively in the Croatian language, in the manner described in the Public Tender.
 
The deadline for submitting application in both electronic format and paper form s 30 days from the publication of the Public Tender on the website of the Office, closing on 8 October 2025.
