Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman on Friday received a farewell visit from the Head of UNICEF Croatia, Regina M. Castillo.
Castillo expressed gratitude for the excellent cooperation and contribution of the Ministry in implementing UNICEF programs during her tenure in Croatia.
UNICEF is recognized as a crucial partner in providing support to children and parents in Croatia and beyond, with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs playing a coordinating role in implementing UNICEF’s program activities. Such collaboration has resulted in significant progress in promoting children’s rights and serves as a successful example of best practices for other countries.
Grlić Radman thanked Castillo for all her efforts and valuable work, which undoubtedly contributed to further enhancing children’s rights in our country, and wished her success in her future endeavours. He also expressed the desire for the quality collaboration to continue with the future head of UNICEF Croatia.
