Based on the signed Memorandum of understanding between the Croatian Government and the College of Europe, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs offers annual scholarships, based on each year budget availability, to Croatian citizens wishing to study at the College of Europe Campus of Bruges (Belgium), Campus of Natolin (Warsaw, Poland) and at the new Campus in Tirana (Albania), which was founded in 2023 and is enrolling the first generation of students in the fall of 2024.
The total College fee, currently EUR 29,000.00 for the Bruges programmes and EUR 27,000.00 for the Natolin/Warsaw and Tirana programmes, for the academic year 2024/2025, includes tuition, meals and accommodation. This amount includes, among other things, a study trip or study trips. Selected scholarship winners will sign a contract with the MFEA of Croatia which also foresees the establishment of an employment relationship in the MFEA of Croatia, i.e. in the state administration of the Republic of Croatia. The scholarship covers the total amount of the mentioned College fees.
Every academic year, starting from the academic year 2024/2025, Croatia plans to fully cover the tuition fees for selected Croatian students who are admitted to the College of Europe (Bruges, Natolin/Warsaw or Tirana).The number of scholarships for the academic year 2024-2025 will be published during the financial year 2024.

SELECTION INTERVIEWS:
Candidates who will pass the pre-selection, conducted independently by the College of Europe, will receive an invitation from the Croatian Selection Committee for a selection interview to be done in the spring of 2024, the interview days will be published online. The candidates will receive an email with a given day and time for the interview and they will be asked to reply confirming their participation.
