The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs served a note to the Serbian Embassy stating that, in response to the note by the Serbian Foreign Ministry of 20 November and in line with Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, it decided to declare Petar Novaković, an advisor at the Serbian Embassy, persona non grata on Croatian territory.
