Certificates awarded to participants of the School of Croatian Language and Culture for descendants of Croatian emigrant community in South Africa

In the premises of the Croatian Catholic Mission of St. Jeronima in Johannesburg on November 20, 2022, a ceremonial awarding of certificates was organized to the participants of the School of Croatian Language and Culture for the descendants of the Croatian emigrant community in the Republic of South Africa, which, under the leadership of prof. of Croatian language and literature of Mrs. Danijela Tasovac is operating for the second year in a row in the premises of the Croatian Academy of Sciences, under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.

This year, 14 children attended the Croatian language and culture school in Johannesburg with live classes, and certificates were presented to the young participants by the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia in South Africa, Mr. Ante Cicvarić.

The winners of this year's certificates are Ana and Ema Andreis, Eva, Selina and Valentina Jandrijević, Leo Mirošević, Max Muller, Dario, Misho and Renzo Robeiro, Savannah Storm and Tara Sky Rodić, Igor Franko and Matej Tasovac. For the descendants of the Croatian emigrant community in South Africa, online classes for learning the Croatian language are available - for adults, which have participants from all over South Africa, from Pretoria, Durban, East London to Pietermaritzburg.
