The Negotiating Group for Croatia’s Accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) held its first meeting on Thursday, chaired by chief negotiator Minister Gordan Grlić Radman.
The Negotiating Group was established on 18 February 2022, following the OECD Council’s invitation of 25 January 2022 to open accession talks.
Grlić Radman informed the Group about the next steps in the accession process: assessing our capability to adopt the OECD legal instruments as well as evaluating our policies and practices in comparison to the best of OECD member states, all in line with the roadmap for Croatia’s accession, which the OECD Council should adopt soon.
