Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman on Wednesday received the farewell visit from World Bank Country Manager for Croatia and Slovenia Elisabetta Capannelli.
Grlić Radman congratulated Capannelli on the successful term of office and thanked her for contributing to the strengthening of cooperation between Croatia and the World Bank.
The minister also expressed gratitude for the World Bank’s support after the earthquakes in Zagreb and Banovina and in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as for the assistance in drafting the 2021-2026 National Recovery and Resilience Plan and preparing the 2030 National Development Strategy.
The World Bank is a strong and reliable partner in a number of Croatian Government’s activities, projects and reforms, and we are counting on successful cooperation in the future.
