The delegation of the European Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) visited Ulaanbaatar from 11th to 15th March 2013. The delegation was led by Riccardo Migliori President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE and on his entourage were Tonino Picula Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, Milovan Petković Secretary of the Croatian Parliament Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and Roberto Montella, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. Croatian non resident Ambassador to Mongolia Ante Simonić joined the delegation.

This was the first official visit by a senior delegation from the OSCE and after Mongolia became a member of the OSCE at the end of November last year. The delegation hold separate meetings with the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdor, the President of the Parliament (the State Great Khural), the Prime Minister Enkhbold and with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade L.Bold. The talks were devoted to a variety of topics regarding the concepts and techniques for future cooperation and held in a constructive and cordial atmosphere.
