During his visit to China, Croatian Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Sinisa Hajdas Doncic has met in Beijing with Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and informed him of efforts the Croatian government was making to attract investments. Hajdas Doncic also informed the Chinese Prime Minister of the investment possibilities in Croatia and invited Chinese investors to consider participating in infrastructure, energy, transport and tourism projects.
In the Minister's Hajdas Doncic delegation was also Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Josko Klisović, Deputy Minister of Finance, Boris Lalovac and Ambassador Professor. Dr. Ante Simonic. After Beijing, the delegation visited Hangzhou, where they held successful meetings with the Deputy Mayor Zhang Jianting, Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province Gong Zheng and participated in a business forum with representatives of local companies, which was arranged exclusively for the Croatian delegation by businessman Zhan Zhu Ben, in cooperation with the Croatian Embassy.
