On April 26th, 2012, for celebrating the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relationship between China and Croatia, a lecture given by Croatian Professor Saša Ostojić, M. D. PhD. of Department for Biology and Medical Genetics from University of Rijeka was held in Headquarter of ABB in Beijing. The title of the lecture is: “Genetics and Bioethics: Last Exit 2 Utopia”.

Ambassador Ante Simonić introduced the mission of the presentation and the background of the lecturer. Professor Ostojić encouraged the audience to rethink the future of our civilization, and the Chinese people to have more academic and cultural exchanges with Croatian scholars and artists.
After the lecture Prof. Ostojić had stimulating discussions with the audience during the reception.
