Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman received a farewell visit from David Renato Nájera Rivas, the Mexican Ambassador to Croatia seated in Budapest.
The two officials underscored satisfaction with the friendly bilateral relations and the strengthening of dialogue, agreeing there was room to advance economic exchange, notably in the areas of tourism and small- and midsized entrepreneurship.
Grlić Radman underscored Croatia’s foreign policy goal of joining the OECD, with Nájera Rivas voicing Mexico’s full support. Both officials agreed it was important to deepen the relations between the EU and Mexico. The minister thanked the ambassador for his effort in promoting Croatia-Mexico relations, wishing him success in his further endeavours.
