Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman 20 September 2019 received on inaugural visit the Indian Ambassador to Croatia, Arindam Bagchi.
The two officials expressed satisfaction with the development of Croatia-India friendly relations, underlining that both countries attached great importance to boosting cooperation in all the areas of mutual interest, notably economy, trade, tourism, culture and sports. They agreed on the need to intensify cooperation in IT, high technology, renewable energy sources and defence industry. Grlić Radman informed Bagchi about the priorities of Croatia’s Council of the EU presidency.
