State Secretary for Political Affairs Zdravka Bušić 24 July 2019 received on inaugural visit the Korean ambassador to Croatia, Kim Dong-chan.
The two officials expressed satisfaction with the friendly relations between the two countries, further strengthen by the opening of Croatia’s embassy to Korea in October last year.
They underscored the importance of a direct air route between Zagreb and Seoul, established in September last year, which has boosted the two countries’ tourist cooperation.
Bušić and Kim agreed that economic cooperation could be further enhanced, underlining desire to strengthen cooperation in a number of areas of mutual interest, notably transport, infrastructure and energy.
