State Secretary for Political Affairs Zdravka Bušić received a delegation from the European Affairs Committee of Hungary’s National Assembly, led by its chairman, Richárd Hörcsik. The meeting was also attended by Vice-President of the Croatia-Hungary Parliamentary Friendship Group Ádám Steinmetz, members of the European Affairs Committee Katalin Csöbör and László Juhász, as well as representatives from the Hungarian Embassy to Croatia.
The officials discussed the priorities of Croatia’s Council of the EU presidency in 2020, Brexit, migration and talks on the multiannual financial framework. The also talked about the European Parliament elections and preparations for Croatia’s joining the Schengen Area, one of its key priorities.
