Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Marija Pejčinović Burić wrapped up her official visit to the Republic of Korea by opening Croatia’s embassy in Seoul.
“The opening of this embassy will not only bring us closer together, but demonstrates our clear intent and interest in the continued advancement of cooperation and friendship between Croatia and South Korea,” Pejčinović Burić said at the event.
The minister presented Croatia’s honorary consul to South Korea In-Mo Yang, on behalf of the Croatian president, with the Order of Ante Starčević for his exceptional contribution to the promotion of Croatia’s international status and reputation, as well as strengthening the two countries’ economic ties.
