Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Marija Pejčinović Burić 9 February 2018 received on inaugural visit the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Republic of Croatia, Christian Thorning.
The two officials underlined good bilateral relations between Croatia and Denmark, agreeing they should be further advanced, notably in the area of economic cooperation. Other topics included cooperation within the EU and Croatia’s Council of Europe presidency, which it takes over from Denmark in May.
