Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Miro Kovač sent a letter to his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault, expressing condolences over last night’s terrorist attack in Nice. “On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and myself, I offer deepest condolences to all French citizens, especially the families of the victims, and wish the injured a speedy recovery. I most harshly condemn this inhuman and unjustifiable terrorist act, aimed at disrupting the freedom of the EU citizens and instilling fear in their everyday lives,” reads the minister’s letter.
