The site also states that additional information on filing the requests for verification of unpaid old foreign-currency savings can be obtained at MF.Info-SRSN(at)mf-rs.si or +386 1 369 6969, workdays from 10:00-13:00 hours.
The deadline for submitting the requests starts 1 December 2015 and ends 1 December 2017. The requests are to be submitted personally or to: Sklad Republike Slovenije za nasledstvo, Glinška 3, Sl -1000 Ljubljana.
