“We extend our condolences to the families of the victims and condemn this attack against democracy and freedom of speech,” wrote First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić in a letter of sympathy to her Danish counterpart Martin Lidegaard on behalf of herself and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs over the attacks that took place on 14 and 15 February on the Krudttonden cultural centre and the synagogue in Krystalgade, in which several persons have been killed or wounded.
