On 13 November 2014 in Split, organized by NATO and under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, a NATO Industry Forum will be held as an opportunity to realize a closer cooperation between NATO and the private sector, as part of which NATO and its allies are invited to cooperate on voluntary basis in technological innovations and expertise.
The forum will be opened by Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Joško Klisović and is expected to see the attendance of NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow, SACT General Jean-Paul Paloméros, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defence Investment Patrick Auroy as well as numerous other officials, officers and representatives of the NATO member states’ relevant industries.
The two panel discussions will debate experiences gained from the perspective of NATO and the producers in the new circumstances (ISIS, Ukraine etc.). Remarks are also to be delivered by a representative of the Đuro Đaković company.
