In the second week, starting on 9 June, Croatia will present its arguments on Monday morning and afternoon and on Tuesday afternoon (10 June), while Slovenia will respond on Thursday morning and afternoon (12 June) and on Friday morning (13 June).
First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign and European Affairs Minister Vesna Pusić will attend the first day of the hearing on Monday 2 June.
Under the Arbitration Agreement, the hearing will not be open to the public, but a summary of the arguments presented by the parties will be published after the closure of the hearing (PCA Press Release).
