First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić sent condolence letters to Brazilian FM Machado and Colombian FM Holguín Cuéllar on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and herself.
The bus crash in northeast Brazil left 20 dead and 17 wounded, while the accident in north Colombia claimed the lives of 31 children, leaving 24 wounded.
