Minister Pusić meets with EU ambassadors

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić held talks today with ambassador of the EU member states as part of the regular meetings organized by the EU presiding country

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić held talks today with ambassador of the EU member states as part of the regular meetings organized by the EU presiding country. This time it was Deividas Stankevičius, Head of Lithuania’s Office in Croatia. Apart from foreign policy activities and European topics such as the Eastern Partnership and enlargement, the talks also focused on the agreement with Iran as well as domestic topics such as bilingual plaques, the events in Vukovar and the upcoming referendum.

Pusić underlined the importance of continuing the work on the realization of the Easter Partnership goals, adding that “more Europe is always better than less Europe.” She described the agreement with Iran as a valuable step forward.
