Minister Pusić held talks on the fringes of the 68th UN General Assembly session with Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze. The talks focused on the Eastern Partnership and preparations for its summit, scheduled for November this year in Vilnius. Georgia, as a partner country, hopes to initial soon the Association Agreement with the Eastern Partnership as well as DCFTA with the EU. Apart from the topics concerning the EU, the two ministers also discussed bilateral matters, with Pusić inviting Panjikidze to officially visit Croatia.
