Deputy Minister Klisović signs Host Nation Agreement with RACVIAC

Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Joško Klisović and Director of RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation Branimir Mandić signed today the Host Nation Agreement

Deputy Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Joško Klisović and Director of RACVIAC – Centre for Security Cooperation Branimir Mandić signed today at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs the Host Nation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and RACVIAC.

Klisović said that Croatia continually and since its inception had supported this important international body for the strengthening of dialogue and cooperation on security issues in Southeast Europe. Croatia is the headquarters of RACVIAC, whose field of activity is of key importance for the stability and security in the region, which at the same time is one of Croatia’s foreign-policy priorities.

During the one-year chairmanship over RACVIAC steering committee, the Multinational Advisory Group, Croatia stepped up support for the centre’s activities, which led to the signing of said agreement that will contribute to a more effective function of the centre in the challenging times ahead, Klisović said.
