Minister Pusić on importance of EP elections

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić announced the first elections to the European Parliament for spring this year and stressed their importance for the citizens

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić announced the first elections to the European Parliament for spring this year and stressed their importance for the citizens. 

Pusić held talks with Dutch Prime Minister Rutte, thanking him for supporting the ratification of Croatia’s EU Accession Treaty. Rutte was convinced that the ratification process in the Netherlands would be completed soon. 

Pusić also met with her counterparts from Romania, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Estonia, Spain and Great Britain, as well as with the commissioners from the European Commission, European Parliament and European Investment Bank. 

The minister was attending a meeting of Europe’s liberal party leaders in Amsterdam at the invitation of Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.
