Apart from representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia, the conference was also attended by representatives of the European Commission, US, UN, OSCE and Council of Europe.

The conference was aimed at raising funds for the Joint Regional Programme on Durable Solutions for Refugees and Displaced Persons, and ended with pledges of the participants to donate over EUR 300 million. The European Commission has pledged to devote some EUR 230 million. The US donated $10 million. Countries such as Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Norway said they would donate EUR 5 million each.

Pusić highlighted the importance of the conference in seeking durable solutions for the issue of housing refugees and displaced persons. As its main value she pointed out the choice for refugees of either local integration or return to the country they had fled from. She recalled that Croatia by itself had reconstructed more than 140,000 housing units so far, costing more than EUR 5.5 billion.

On the fringes of the conference, Pusić held talks with Bosnian Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdžija about the Euro-Atlantic partnership between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
