MFEA welcomes agreement by Bosnian parties to form state government

The Ministry especially applauds the facts that the Council of Ministers is to include legitimate representatives of all three constituent nations, creating a functional stability for making the necessary decisions vital for the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs welcomes the agreement by the six leading national parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina to form a Council of Ministers and congratulates all of the Bosnian citizens. This will ensure the orderly functioning of government institutions, which is a precondition for legal security and the state’s progress.

The Ministry especially applauds the facts that the Council of Ministers is to include legitimate representatives of all three constituent nations, creating a functional stability for making the necessary decisions vital for the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Republic of Croatia encourages all the political players to carry on with the dialogue in the spirit of compromise, so as to ensure the further progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Euro-Atlantic integration process.

The Republic of Croatia reiterates its willingness to share its experience and provide other forms of assistance to Bosnia and Herzegovina throughout its accession to NATO and the European Union.
