Minister Kristovskis congratulated the Croatian Government on successfully completed negotiations with the European Union and the reforms implemented. The ministers agreed that the concluded negotiations can be an additional incentive for other countries in the region in their reform initiatives and processes of Euro-Atlantic integration.

Minister Jandroković expressed his gratitude for the continuous support provided by Latvia to Croatia during the negotiations, and expressed his belief that Croatia will sign the Accession Treaty during the current Polish presidency over the EU, by the end of this year, and reach the goal of accession to full membership of the European Union on 1 July 2013.
