A total of 139 documents have been made public, and it is clear that much more time is required for full insight and serious comments than a superficial scan of document titles.

The published documents and attached tables contain information on the criteria that the Republic of Croatia had to fulfil in the process of negotiation with the European Union, and the supplements to the negotiating positions indicate transitional periods and exemptions.

The negotiating positions of the European Union cannot be published by the Government of the Republic of Croatia as they are the property of the Member States and their content can be accessed by contacting the institutions of the European Union.

The conditions under which the Republic of Croatia will accede to the European Union will be contained in the Accession Treaty which is currently being drafted by expert lawyer teams from the Croatian and EU side, and its completion is foreseen for early autumn.
