The meeting discussed the preparations for the evacuation of Geofizika workers located in and around Zillah. The 82 workers include workers from the US, Great Britain, Canada and Australia.
For the purposed of evacuation, efforts are being put forth to obtain permits for their air transport to Tripoli. Since permits for civil flights in the area are currently not being issues, other modes of evacuation are also being looked into.
