Minister Jandroković pointed out the Croatian Government’s unwavering dedication to carrying on with the full cooperation with the ICTY and the Prosecutor’s Office.

He said he was convinced that all of the Government’s efforts in regard to the cooperation With the ICTY would be recognized by Chief Prosecutor Brammertz as well, as it plays an important role in the European Commission’s passing a positive opinion about meeting the criteria for the closure of chapter Judiciary and Fundamental Rights.

The minister familiarized Chief Prosecutor Brammertz with the other actualities of Croatia’s EU accession as well, and presented the timeframe for the completion of the negotiation process.

He also informed him about the Croatian Government’s latest measures in judicial reform.
