He informed Ambassador Knobel about the status of Croatia’s EU accession process, expressing hope that the negotiations would be closed in the first half of the following year, during Hungary’s EU presidency, followed by the signing of the Accession Treaty.
Ambassador Knobel pointed out that the priority of his mandate to Croatia would be enhancing the economic cooperation.
