The ceremony of signing the founding Statutes was organised on the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Lisbon, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Portugal, the Portuguese Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investment and Trade, Portuguese businessmen and foreign trade attaches.
The founding document was signed by the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Portuguese Republic, MSc. Željko Vukosav, and the President of the Portuguese Association for Business Ethics Mário Parra da Silva.
The representatives of the Portuguese Foreign Ministry supported the establishment of the Portuguese-Croatian Chamber of Commerce, pointing out that it was an a welcome step that enjoyed strong support of the Portuguese Government.
