The ministers expressed mutual satisfaction with the regular visits which enable direct exchange of opinions on the current bilateral issues and contribute to the strengthening of good-neighbourly dialogue. In that regard, Minister Jandroković expressed satisfaction with the taking of office by the newly-appointed Slovenian ambassador to Croatia.
The ministers then agreed that the Mixed Commission for Outstanding Issues between Croatia and Slovenia should continue with its activities. They also talked about the continuation of the so-called Brdo Process, especially in view of the coming meeting of the justice ministers.
The meeting also discussed the situation in the region, with a special emphasis on Kosovo, as well Bosnia and Herzegovina in light of the pending elections. Regarding the region, both ministers expressed a wish to contribute through active participation and cooperation to the stabilization of Europe’s southeast.
