The collocutors described the bilateral relations between Croatia and China as friendly and excellent, with Minister Jandroković expressing hope that they would be further strengthened during Ambassador Zhifei’s mandate.
He also expressed a wish for the further strengthening of the economic relations, reminding that during his visit to China this year he had invited Chinese businessmen to invest in Croatia. He said he was satisfied with their interest in the projects of modernizing Croatia’s rail infrastructure and Zagreb Airport, was well as their interest in business cooperation with the Port of Rijeka.
The meeting also discussed the possibilities of further enhancing the cooperation in tourism and ways to increase the number of Chinese tourist visits to Croatia.
