Minister Jandroković said that already good bilateral relations between the two countries had been additionally intensified on all levels during the mandate of Ambassador Argita Daudze. Minister extended his gratitude for active Latvian support to Croatia in attaining its foreign policy goals, adding that the fact that the Republic of Latvia had been the second member country to ratify the Protocol on NATO Enlargement to Croatia certainly serves as evidence of that support.

Ambassador Daudze emphasised that the Republic of Latvia will continue to offer its expertise in the negotiating process and strongly support the Republic of Croatia on its path to full membership in the European Union.
