The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integrations holds that, even though this was not an official meeting, but an informal exchange of opinions during a diplomatic lunch, this was an act whose perpetrator needs to be determined because of the list of addressers who have access to official notes, and abuse them in order to harm the completion of the process related to the entry into force of the Arbitration Agreement between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Slovenia.
