Both sides agreed on the need to strengthen the co–operation in the field of tourism which could be improved by signing the Co–operation Agreement between the competent ministries and bodies which work on the promotion of tourism. Mentioning the potential Argentinean appearance at this year’s Zagrebački velesajam (Zagreb Fair), State Secretary Meyer announced the possibility of including the Touristic Promotion Institute of Argentina (INPROTUR) in the organisation, even in terms of financing the exhibition area. Furthermore, he suggested that Argentinean touristic agencies be included in delegations, because this way they could make contact with Croatian agencies at Zagreb Fair. He also stressed the initiative to organise a return visit of Croatian agencies to Argentina this October, during the International Fair of Tourism in Buenos Aires.
