Minister Gordan Jandroković received on inaugural visit Kosovo’s Ambassador to Croatia Valdet Sadiku

Congratulating Ambassador Sadiku on the realization of an important goal, Kosovo’s independence, Minister Jandroković said that Croatia too had accepted the political reality and together with its Euro-Atlantic partners Bulgaria and Hungary recognized its independence in March last year

Congratulating Ambassador Sadiku on the realization of an important goal, Kosovo’s independence, Minister Jandroković said that Croatia too had accepted the political reality and together with its Euro-Atlantic partners Bulgaria and Hungary recognized its independence in March last year. He also pointed out that Croatia wishes to continue developing diverse relations with Kosovo and is willing to transfer its experiences in the Euro-Atlantic integration process, as well as the experiences in state institution building.

Ambassador Sadiku thanked for Croatia’s cooperation and support, as well as for the fact that it was among the first to recognize Kosovo and has supported its position before the International Court of Justice.

The collocutors expressed conviction that the two countries’ economic cooperation would receive additional impetus through the realization of the incepted projects, while Croatia’s interest in a diverse economic cooperation is evidenced in the fact that two Croatian companies are already doing business in Kosovo and that the Office of the Croatian Chamber of Economy has been set up years ago.
