Organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia, a traditional Christmas concert was held December 16th 2009 at the Cathedral of the Holy Heart of Jesus in Skopje, with Croatian singer Vinko Coce, accompanied by Jakov Košćina on backing vocals and clarinet, and Ivo Vuletin on keyboards
The concert was held under the auspices of Skopje Bishop and Apostolic Exarch for Macedonia Kiro Stojanov and sponsored by the Croatian companies doing business in Macedonia.
Present at this fourth traditional concert in a row were Speaker of the Macedonian Parliament Trajko Veljanoski with his wife, Macedonian president’s wife Maja Ivanova, Minister of Justice Mihajlo Manevski, emissary of the primate of the Macedonian Orthodox Church, representatives of the diplomatic corps and numerous other invitees from the political, public, business and cultural life of Macedonia, as well as representatives of Macedonian media.
