Ambassador Kujundžić held a welcome speech and pointed out the importance of continuous meetings between representatives of the Croatian and Macedonian business communities, with the aim of maximizing the level of the two countries’ economic cooperation and strengthening the connections. The meeting gathered 30 odd representatives of Croatian companies dealing in pharmaceuticals, construction, insurance, marketing, food industry etc., for the purposes of enhancing the economic cooperation and exchanging information and experience. Also present at the meeting was Croatian Honorary Consul in Bitola Branko Maretić.

The Macedonian-Croatian Business Club was founded in 2006 at the Macedonian Chamber of Economy with the aim of facilitating Croatian companies’ appearance on the Macedonian market, as well as strengthening the connectedness and cooperation between representatives of the two sides’ business communities.
